The 6 RU SKB Roto Shockmount Rack Case is 20" deep and features an integrated telescopic handle and wheels for ease in transport. The case provides remarkable protection for sensitive rack gear such as signal processors, dynamic processors, wireless microphone receivers, or any rack gear that requires protection from on-the-road wear and tear.
The case features an internal frame mounted on adjustable elastomer shock absorbers on all eight corners, which controls the effects of shock and vibration on all three axes. The "sway" space around the internal frame provides natural air conditioning, which is critical for delicate equipment.
The molded design provides extra stiffness in the lids and sides, allowing for secure stacking. The rack rails are pre-threaded for standard 10-32 hardware and mounting screws are included. The doors are fully operational, even when racks are stack together. Additional features include an ambient pressure relieve valve, over-sized snap-down handles on each side, and front and rear gaskets, which ensure water resistance when the lids are in place.
