Ortofon Concorde ELITE Moving Magnet DJ Cartridge

Enjoy rich, detailed sound from your DJ-style turntable with the Ortofon Concorde ELITE, a moving magnet cartridge featuring a special molded stylus body with luxurious real gold plating. The cartridge features a Nude Elliptical diamond stylus with a slim profile and advanced rubber suspension for high-performance tracking with extra-low record wear.

The Concorde ELITE combines Hi-Fi audio quality with durable construction and is designed primarily for listening, sampling, and playback; it is not recommended for scratching and heavy back cueing. A tracking force of 3.0g is recommended.

The Cantilever and Coil System

The properties of the rigid 750µm aluminum-magnesium cantilever, exclusively developed for the Concorde ELITE, ensure that the stylus picks up the groove vibrations with a stable and accurate trace performance and provides the ideal interface between the stylus and armature.
In the armature, you’ll find a specially developed coil system transmitting the diamond’s movements to deliver an optimized output.
The unique coil system provides the ELITE with the powerful full-bodied sound of high quality and high output.

Rubber Suspension

To ensure superior tracking performance, a new rubber suspension has been developed. The new rubber compound formula has been developed uniquely for the Concorde ELITE to attain the desired characteristics for an extraordinary performance of the cartridge.
The rich, full sound conveys the music in a lifelike manner while damping excess brightness.
