Blackstar DEPT. 10 BOOST Overview
If you're looking for an all-analog, Class-A tube boosting pedal to put in front of your guitar amplifier, look no farther than the Dept. 10 Boost Pedal from Blackstar. This stompbox sports a 12AX7 tube-driven boost path to give your signal the juice it needs when you want to drive your tone right to the brink of overdrive.
In addition to the buffered boost circuit, the Dept. 10 Boost also gives you a smooth Baxandall-style EQ for the lows and highs. The pedal runs off an included 9V, 500 mA power supply.
